Attunement to BWL quest info

ripped from post on Test server Forum:

1) Kill Quartermaster (can be done in a raid)
this is the dude that's at the opposite end of the hallway that leads to BRS portal. Quartermaster and 2 guards right outside his door

2) Loot Blackhand's Command(everone in raid can loot it)

3) Read Blackhand's Command

4) Run UBRS

5) Kill General Drakki

6) Use orb behind General (everyone in raid can use it)

7) You're Attuned

To get into BWL you use the Orb of Command outside UBRS. Don't try it, you can't get in, yet. Even if you do figure out a way by the Loading screen, you'll fall through the world as soon as you zone in.

Only on the test server, the quest is not on the normal realms yet.

Just like attunement to the core you may be able to pull the clear it once and then just run people through get the orb and back out. The front mobs wont respawn for about 45 mins after your typical General kill is done so you would have time.
