On a side note, I feel sorry for the rank 14 PvPers as the quality of their weapons are being approached and in some cases surpassed.

99% of it is not fake....and fuck the pvpers....just as our tier 1 equip is surpassed, so should theirs....and new stuff will become available to them in future BGs

It has about 50 dps more than the best 2-hander (and the mace is only a 1-hander) plus great stats. I'm guessing a typo similar to the 2.2 speed ZG dagger.

I doubt it's a typo, the fact being that in our feral forms weapon dps doesn't calculate into dmg output. On top of that I'm pretty sure its a druid only quest so noone else will be getting it. Last but not least, it makes it so that not only feral druids can use it, but also moonkin druids since druids have no combat moves.

I did some math on it, Eleazar, and even a Feral Druid with all his +str and +AP, in caster form, will do abysmal damage with that mace. It's completely useless for anything but a hit or two when you pop up to heal yourself, all the utility is in the stats.

Really, it's more likely that this is Blizzard devs pointing and laughing at all the Druids who whine about weapon DPS not affecting Feral forms. They could have made it 0.1 DPS and most Feral Druids would have been just as happy. ;)
